Comfytex will Make a Mark at Interzum 2023 Fair with Biosalt
In 2021, the fair was conducted on a digital platform due to the pandemic; this year, it will take place in a hybrid format, and all the long-awaited participating companies will finally come together with visitors.
Comfytex, which will meet visitors at the International Furniture and Woodworking Fair Interzum, bringing the world together in Cologne from May 9-12, 2023, aims to make a mark at the fair with its new invention highlighting the negative ion effect of rock salt used in mattress fabric production.
Negative ions are formed naturally when oxygen molecules in the air gain electrons, produced by wind, sunlight, waterfalls, and heavy rainfall. In some places, the refreshing and relaxing feeling of the air is caused by a high concentration of negative ions.
Thanks to this effect of rock salt, the Comfytex R&D team aims to achieve deep and uninterrupted sleep with their most innovative product to date. By increasing oxygen flow in mattress fabrics through rock salt and integrating it into the fabric, they named it Bio-salt, and with their patented brand, they will present this impactful invention at this year’s Interzum Fair.
The Biosalt technology establishes the humidity balance in the environment and, through the negative ions it emits, brings the refreshing feeling experienced by riversides and seashores to mattress fabrics. It removes static electricity from the body, helping establish a bio-rhythm. This, in turn, aids in regulating sleep patterns and improving sleep quality.
