Our Human Resources and Career Management Approach
Our priority for all newly created positions and open roles within our organization is to evaluate our existing employees. Our career management approach is based on a holistic assessment of our employees’ competencies, performance outcomes, knowledge and skill levels, and behavioral characteristics. In line with this approach, we aim to prepare our employees with high development potential and proven merit for senior-level roles and to support their career journeys.
Managerial and specialist-level needs are primarily met through internal candidates. If no suitable candidate is found, employees within our group companies are included in the evaluation process. Candidates are assessed using structured evaluation methods aligned with the requirements of the position.

The evaluation tools used within this scope include:
- General aptitude and analytical thinking assessments
- Personality, role fit, and leadership competency inventories
- Competency- and values-based interviews
- Case studies based on real business scenarios
- Role-playing exercises and structured interviews
- Projects and practical applications related to the area of expertise
The evaluation tools to be applied are determined according to the nature of the position for which promotion is planned.
Our Training and Development Approach
All training and development activities are planned and carried out under our corporate academy structure. To support the professional and personal development of our employees, we offer both digital learning solutions and face-to-face training programs.
Through our digital learning platform, employees can access training content anytime and anywhere, using different devices, and become part of a continuous learning culture. This platform is designed with up-to-date, practice-oriented content that directly supports employee performance.
In addition, our group companies organize in-class trainings each year focused on technical, professional, and legal requirements. Orientation programs prepared for newly hired employees introduce the organizational structure, processes, and systems, aiming to ensure rapid and effective adaptation.
For all employees included in the promotion process—regardless of the outcome—individual development plans are created. In line with these plans, our employees’ continuous development is supported through online trainings, reading recommendations, development materials, and various learning tools.
